CONFERENCE INVITATION LETTER
26 The Institute of Engineering-Technical and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan invites you to participate in the international scientific-practical conference entitled "The role of sustainable transport policy of Turkmenistan in strengthening international transport and logistics cooperation", which will be held on November 21, 2025.Participators of the online conference should send theses to the following email address till November 5, 2025:

The International Scientific and Practical Conference will work in 3 sections:
Section I. Turkmenistan's neutrality policy and transport diplomacy.
Section II. Scientific bases for the development of the transport system of Turkmenistan.
Section III. Scientific-educational-production co-operation in the transport sector of Turkmenistan.
To participate in the International Scientific and Practical Conference it is necessary to send to the Organizing Committee theses and annotations (duration of speech 5-10 minutes, thesis should not be more than 1.5 pages, annotations amount up to 0.5 pages, font - Times New Roman, size - 14 pt., line spacing - 1).
The right to publish theses belongs to the Organizing Committee.

Requirements of participation in the scientific-practical conference
1. Participators of the conference may submit only one paper to the conference, the number of authors should not exceed two. The work should have an independent scientific character and correspond to the title.
2. To participate in the conference, it is necessary to fill in the registration information form (normal font, Times New Roman, 12 pt.):
Surname
Name
Patronymic
Position, job title
Academic degree, title
Full name of the place of work
Address of place of work (including postcode)
Work phone
Title of the report (thesis)
Thematic title of the report (thesis)
Prepared language of the report (thesis)
3. To participate in the conference, it is necessary to prepare the thesis of the report and annotations. Thesis should be in one of the working languages of the scientific conference, and annotations - in two other languages.
4. Native participants of the conference should have their annotations translated into English and Russian by the relevant departments or translation agencies of higher education institutions.
5. The Organizing Committee will translate the annotations of speeches of foreign participants of the conference into Turkmen and Russian languages.
6. Foreign participants who are unable to participate in the conference in real time using digital means of communication on the day of the conference may send video recordings of their speeches (5-7 minutes in length) to the Organizing Committee in advance.
7. Authors are personally responsible for the content and quality of submitted papers and presentations.
Requirements for theses and annotations
1. The thesis should not exceed 1.5 A4 pages (210x297 mm) and each annotation size should be up to 0.5 page.
2. Page size: top and bottom margins - 2.0 cm, left margin - 2.5 cm, right margin - 1.5 cm. Orientation - "portrait", font - Times New Roman, size - 14 pt., line spacing - 1.
3. Depending on the specifics of the scientific work is allowed to design the report in the form of figures, formulas and tables. In this case, the size of each figure should not exceed the established size of the page, and the font size should be at least 14. The total volume of the report summary, including figures, formulas and tables, should not exceed 1.5 pages of format A4.
4. All materials submitted to the conference in electronic form are accepted only in Microsoft Office Word format (extensions *.doc and *.docx).
5. The thesis and annotations should be saved in one file and have the following format:
- The name and surname of the author should be written in bold font size 14, aligned in the centre of the page, and the name of the country should be indicated in brackets (for example: Aman Amanov (Turkmenistan));
- If there are two authors of the report, the name and surname of the speaker should be given first;
- The title of the article should be written in 16-point bold font, capital letters and aligned on the centre of the line;
- leave 1 line before writing the rest of the report.
6. The thesis and annotations of the speech should be written in a similar line in width. Mathematical formulas should be typed on a computer using special formula editors.
7. The pages of the thesis of and annotations are not numbered.
8. The thesis and annotations should be placed in one file. For example, the speaker is Amanov Amanovich, the file name is "Amanov A.A.tez.doc".
9. Registration forms should be filled in by all authors of the report and placed in one file, for example, "Amanov A.A.reg.doc".
10. The theses that do not fulfill in the presented requirements will not be accepted.
